Earning rewards is simple—so you can stay focused on your health.

Prepaid Debit Card for Your Rewards
If you’re an NALC HBP member, 18 or older and have completed an eligible service, program, or screening, you’ll receive a prepaid debit card to spend your wellness rewards.

Keep your Card - future rewards get added
Hold on to your card—even if your balance drops to $0. You may qualify for more rewards next year. A new card is only sent when the current one expires.

One Reward Per Activity.
You can earn one reward per person, per activity, each calendar year.

Spend Rewards on Eligible Medical Costs.
Use your rewards for IRS Section 213(d) eligible expenses, including copays, prescriptions, and medical equipment or supplies.
